Why some new rooms are missing on mobile?

Mobile games take longer to develop than the ones you see on a desktop or laptop computer and the app stores have very specific guidelines for launch of new updates for each of their devices. 
Whenever we have a new game and make it available for mobiles, the app stores must check and approve all updates for each of the devices and so there can be a delay fro new games to appear there, depending on how long they take to confirm it.
