The System Disconnect error appears when you have Super Bingo HD open in more than one place. Each time you launch a new instance of Super Bingo HD and log in to your player account, the newest instance becomes the only active session.
For instance, if you are playing Super Bingo HD on Facebook in your browser, and then you launch the Super Bingo HD app on your mobile device and log in to Facebook in the app, the mobile version is now the active game on your account. When you return to your browser, you will see:
If you want to play in your browser again, simply close the mobile app, then refresh the page to restore the connection on Facebook.
If you are only playing in your browser and see the System Disconnect error, it is likely you have opened the game on more than one tab in your browser. Close the one showing the error and return to the more recent tab to play.
If you see this message when you are certain you have not opened the game in multiple tabs or on more than one device simultaneously, you may wish to change your Facebook password and enable Login approvals for increased account security. Please refrain from sharing your Facebook login credentials with anyone.
